Standard shipping is a flat rate charge of $5.99 (unless otherwise noted). Expedited shipping is available for $12.99.
Orders are typically processed the next business day and take 5 - 7 business days to ship via UPS Ground and 3 - 4 business days via USPS Priority Mail, depending on the destination. Please note our carriers may have occasional delays (e.g., during the holiday season), so it's best to get your order in early if you need it by a particular date!
Before placing your order, please double check for any typos in inputting a recipient’s shipping addresses, change of addresses, or mail unable to be received in an apartment building.
When your package has a tracking number available, you will receive an email notification.

To order from an international location, please use one of the many package forwarding options available online. Please note the use of these services will transfer the risk of loss to the package forwarding service provider.
If your order is delivered according to your tracking but not actually received, our team will do everything in our power to help, which includes calling the carrier and troubleshooting as needed. Please note, in some instances, the issue may be out of our control (e.g., stolen/lost packages). In such instances, we will do as much as we can to resolve.

We do accept returns in exchange for store credit. All conditions must be met in order for the return to be approved:
- Item is unworn/unused. - Item is unwashed. - Item still has original tags/packaging. - Item is free of damage. - Return is postmarked back to us within 30 calendar days of original delivery. - Proof of purchase
Please note all sale items and gift cards are final sale, and not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for the return ship fees. We also recommend tracking your return package, as we are not responsible for lost items during transit.

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received, and 2-3 business days for store credit to be issued.
At this time, we do not accept exchanges. The best approach would be to return your item(s) and place a new order.
